the customer service was good, they were happy to chat n really cared about our stay. the bed was super comfy, way better than we expected. the room was just like in the pics on the site n the shower was hot which was nice after a long day. also, the car park was big and secure, felt safe leaving our car there. overall, we had a nice night.

had a few issues like the main light not working in the room and there were some stains on the carpet. also, the toilet brush in the bathroom was broken, which was kinda gross.

The Connaught Hotel Wolverhampton has charming decor and cozy common areas that made my stay very comfortable. The staff were attentive, helping me navigate the facilities easily, which I appreciated as a senior traveler.

I really enjoyed my stay with a huge king-size bed and loads of tea and coffee in my room. the flat-screen TV was a nice touch after a long day. The bar was a great spot to unwind, especially with the sports channel on for some entertainment. Just a heads up, the toilet seat was a bit loose, but it didn’t spoil my experience at all! 😊

this was my second stay in wolverhampton, and the experience at connaught hotel really exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious, and i loved the big flat screen tv and the comfy king-size bed that made for a great rest. the friendly atmosphere in the bar where i could enjoy a drink while chatting with staff was also a highlight.

the location was ok n people were friendly. i liked the idea of having a bar downstairs. the ground floor looked nice. other guests seemed chill.

but the room was filthy, i had to clean the bathroom myself, and the bedspreads smelt like urine.

The room had tea and coffee facilities, but the kettle needed a serious cleaning due to its condition. The location put me right in the thick of things, which was convenient for exploring local spots.

Walking into the hotel felt like stepping back into the '80s. the decor needs more than a facelift. The communal areas were outdated, and to make matters worse, the lifts weren’t working, leaving me to lug my gear up to the third floor. The carpets needed a good scrub since they felt sticky underfoot, and I spotted a few marks on the walls that really shouldn’t be there. The bathroom had issues, too—the toilet could use a deep clean, and the door wasn't even locking properly. The overall ambiance was more hostel than hotel, and with all these issues, I wouldn't call it a value for what I paid.
